The NUML Information & Facilitation Centre (NIFC) serves as the central help desk of the University, providing a one-stop solution for students, parents, and visitors. As the first point of contact, the Centre is dedicated to making NUML’s services more accessible, efficient, and student-friendly by guiding individuals to the appropriate offices and assisting with essential procedures.
To address the diverse needs of the NUML community, NIFC hosts the following dedicated service desks:

Academics Desk – Guidance regarding academic programs, rules, and admission-related queries.

Examinations Desk – Support for result cards, transcripts, degree processing, and exam-related information.

Finance Desk – Assistance with fee challans, dues, and other financial matters.
