Confucius Institute In Islamabad is the first Confucius Institute in Pakistan and also the first Confucius Institute in the entire Islamic world. The contract of CII contract signed in April 2005, and it has been over 20 years since then. Over the years of development, CII has achieved great success. We was selected as the Best Confucius Institute of the Year four times between 2007 and 2012; In 2015, We was awarded the title of Global Model Confucius Institute; Received the Excellent Award for Chinese Language Examination in 2017. In 2015, during President Xi's visit to Pakistan, he also awarded the "Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence Friendship Award" to the National Modern Language University, recognizing the university's contributions to Confucius Institutes, Chinese language education, and cultural exchanges between China and Pakistan.
