The department of electrical engineering held a seminar on Robotics and Intelligent systems on the 24th September 2025. The guest speaker at the seminar was Dr. Muzammil Ghaffar ( Assistant Professor, BIMS). The event provided an engaging platform for students to explore the latest advancements in robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
The seminar featured discussions on autonomous systems, intelligent decision-making, human–robot interaction, and real-world applications of AI-driven technologies. Participants gained valuable insights into the role of robotics and intelligent systems in shaping the future of industries.

Faculty Development Workshop: “Research & Online Teaching-Use of Free Digital Resources”
The Department of Spanish organized a one-day Faculty Development Workshop on “Research & Online Teaching-Use of Free Digital Resources” for all its faculty members at Video Conference Room, Rumi Block on Wednesday 25th June 2025 from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm. The resource persons for the workshop were Dr. Humaira Shehbaz, Coordinator Research (R&SI) and Ms. Shireen Fatima, Senior Instructor (Department of Spanish Language). This workshop provided an opportunity to discuss relevant research areas and guidelines about how to conduct research as language teachers and improve their online teaching with the help of free digital resources.
