International Conference on Recent Developments in Mathematics
On 15th May 2025, the Department of Mathematics successfully organized the International Conference on Recent Developments in Mathematics (ICRDM-2025). The event was distinguished by the presence of five renowned keynote speakers from both academia and industry, who delivered insightful talks on emerging trends in mathematics to celebrate and highlight the beauty of the discipline.
The conference facilitated a vibrant academic exchange among 32 shortlisted participants from national and international institutions. Research scholars presented their work across diverse emerging subfields, including Fluid Dynamics, Geometric Function Theory, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning integrated with Mathematics, Statistical Analysis with Machine Learning, Biological Mathematics.
All submitted papers underwent a rigorous review process involving both national and international reviewers. Three outstanding papers were awarded Best Paper Awards, representing core areas of pure, applied, and computational mathematics. To further enrich the session discussions, two external evaluators were invited for the parallel paper presentation sessions.
The conference was graciously attended by the Chief Guest, Dr. Hafez Ullah Khan, Ex chairman PSF, Ex chairman NAVTAC, Ex DG PSQCA, and Dean FEC whose presence added significant prestige to the event.
The Department of Mathematics considers ICRDM-2025 a remarkable success in fostering international collaboration and advancing mathematical research.
