Seminar on Psychological Well-being

The Awareness Seminar on Psychological Well-being, held at NUML Islamabad on February 20, 2024 in Iqbal Hall, Ibn e Rushd, was a significant event aimed at promoting mental health awareness. Guest speaker Ms. Tayyba Safder, a psychologist from NUML's Department of Applied Psychology, delivered a keynote address emphasizing the importance of psychological well-being and provided insights into coping mechanisms.

Teachers ‘ Day of Türkiye.  This special day was celebrated in our department giving tribute to our most senior teachers - who had  vast experience of teaching more than 30 years - hod Mrs Yasemin Rahoojo and Ms Shahista Hameed was honored with NUML shield conferred by Dean FOL Prof Dr Jamil Asghar Jami. Faculty Development Workshop: “Academic & Administrative Responsibilities of Teachers”

The Department of Spanish organized a one-day Faculty Development Workshop on “Academic & Administrative Responsibilities of Teachers” for all its faculty members at Ghalib Block on Thursday 18th January 2024 from 08:30 am to 12:30 pm. The resource persons for the workshop were Ms. Veronica Vega & Ms. Shireen Fatima from the Department of Spanish. It helped the faculty members understand their multiple roles and responsibilities as teachers and how to handle both academic and administrative tasks at workplace efficiently.
