As part of Civic Engagement Activities the Department of Spanish organized an awareness session and training workshop on paper recycling with the collaboration of Paprecious on Thursday 16th May 2024 at Video Conference Room, Rumi Block. The purpose of this activity was to contribute towards the achievement of SDGs, and encourage students to learn and practice environment friendly and economic ways of available resources. Team of Paprecious discussed the significance of paper recycling and the participants got the opportunity to make recycled gift bags and observe the making of recycled paper

Faculty of Engineering & Computing organized Open House & Job Fair on 29-MAY-2024. More than 40 x Final Year (degree) Projects (FYPs) of BS Computer Science, BS Software Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering & BS Mathematics were showcased. External evaluators from industry were also invited for evaluating the projects. Many famous software houses participated in the Open House & Job Fair by sending their representatives for interviewing and selecting final semester students of CS, SE, EE and Mathematics. 2-Day Designing Bootcamp organized by Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors (NUML Chapter). The bootcamp focuses on mastering Figma and Canva, emphasizing creative design skills. It is scheduled for May 16-17, 2024, from 8:10 AM to 10:20 AM at SE Lab-02, Ghazali Block, NUML. The event held in collaboration with Bytewise Limited and the Software Engineering Department, NUML.
