Text Box: Self Assessment Report is a comprehensive assessment document of academic programs offered in the university. It documents weaknesses and strengths of academic programs.

Text Box: This report is filled by each teacher at the time of course completion. This report is duly signed by the Head of Department.

Text Box: The form is to be filled out by Master/ M Phil /Ph. D Research students on six monthly basis.

Text Box: This questionnaire is filled out by graduating students of each academic program in the last semester/year before the award of degree.
