Workshops Conducted on Quality Assurance Practices

Twenty (21) workshops were conducted for the awareness of quality assurance procedure in faculties and departments of National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad in 2007- 2008 & 2009. These workshops created awareness among university faculty to build constructive understanding of the quality assurance mechanism to be adopted by the departments.

¨ Seven workshops were conducted for the awareness of self assessment and quality assurance process for university faculty during Jan- July 2007.

¨ December 24, 2007: workshop for faculty members of Faculty of English Language, Literature & Applied Linguistics.

¨ December 26, 2007: workshop for faculty members of Department of Education.

¨ December 27, 2007: workshop for faculty members of Faculty of Management Sciences, Information Technology &Engineering.

¨ March 20, 2008: workshop for members of Assessment Team of Department of English (GS)

¨ July 02, 2008: workshop for faculty members of Department of Persian.

¨ July 03, 2008: workshop for faculty members of Department of German

¨ July 09, 2008: workshop for faculty members of Department of French

¨ July 10, 2008: workshop for faculty members of Department of Urdu

¨ November 15, 2008: workshop for members of Assessment Team of Faculty of IT &Engineering.

¨ November 18, 2008: workshop for members of Assessment Team of Faculty of Management Sciences

¨ February 17, 2009: workshop for Faculty of Advance Integrated Studies &Research

¨ February 18, 2009: workshop for members of Program Team of Faculty of NEL

¨ April 14, 2009: workshop on Quality Assurance Practices for members of Program Team of Faculty of AIS&R, Department of Mass Communication and Department of Governance & Organizational Sciences.

¨ June 9, 2009: workshop on Quality Assurance Practices for members of Program Team of Department of Economics
