Admission to all Master courses will be confirmed on provision of original Bachelor’s degree result and Character Certificate from the institution last attended. Migration Certificate (in original) for Masters Courses will also be required for registration within a period of 30 days after admission. Final admission is subject to the payment of prescribed fee by the selected candidates in advance for the whole semester immediately after selection as per schedule given above.
Limited hostel facilities are available for Male & Female students coming from distant areas and admitted in minimum one year programme. The students shall submit their application to Director (Admn) / Hostel Wardens, after deposit of tuition fee. All dues are to be deposited in selected branches of Askari Commercial Banks in Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
Transport facility on specific routes in Rawalpindi / Islamabad is available on payment.
STUDENTS MUST BRING ALONG ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES / DEGREES ETC AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW. WITHOUT ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS, INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE CONDUCTED.
To appear in the end-term / final examination attendance of 75% lectures is mandatory.
Cost of admission form is Rs.400/- by hand OR Rs.600/- by post through postal order/ bank draft.
Dues once deposited will not be refunded, either on leaving the University OR on change of session / discipline.
Change of shift from Evening to Morning is not allowed.
Last date for submission of Admission forms complete in all respects is 04 Jan 2012. Incomplete application forms without requisite documents will not be entertained (documents must be attested from Gazetted Officer). To collect the Admit Card from the Academics Branch is the responsibility of the applicant. No one will be allowed to sit in the entrance test without Admit Card. Students who have appeared in their annual Board/University examinations must attach with the application form, a letter of recommendation from the Head of the Institution last attended regarding passing the examination with at least 50% marks and provide a copy of Roll No slip of the Examination in which they have appeared
It is the responsibility of candidates to check the dates of final interview and their final selection for admission from the Academics Branch / Notice Boards of University. No individual intimation will be sent by the University.
